ZumbaŽ Tone. Zumba Toning is an
innovative muscle training program
with the addition of lightweight
toning sticks. We provide the
2 1/2 lb, sand filled toning sticks,
which are very similar to maracas.
This NEW and exciting Zumba

the participant a safe, yet effective
total body toning workout! This
class is open to everyone, no previous
dance or Zumba class experience

Specifically addressing the needs of the pregnant or post-natal woman, this massage
helps ease the discomforts of pregnancy and can facilitate post-partum recovery.

Helps increase circulation, promotes the release of toxins and brings your body, mind and spirit back into balance. The hot stones (and in somes cases cold stones) are used as tools that increase the effectiveness of the massage strokes by incorporating heat and weight. This massage is designed to nurture, soothe, warm, nourish and calm the entire body.
