We appreciate your cooperation by exercising only during Teen Hours. Please note all new teen members must complete an orientation with a trainer before working out.
*Full member teens ages 13 and up may attend any of the adult GEC's without a parent with the exception of Spin.

Fun and energizing class that burns
calories while moving your core through
belly dancing infused movements.
For teens that are new to exercise and do
not participate in organized sports. Learn
cardiovascular training, strength building,
and flexibility.

Pilates offers teens a great way to increase
fitness, flexibility, and body awareness.
This super fun cardiovascular workout
combines shadow boxing, kickboxing,
sports drills, and simple dance moves in a
party atmosphere.
Ride indoor cycling bikes through an
instructor-led workout. Teen must
attend first class for orientation.
Height requirement: 4’11”
Experience greater flexibility, strength and
balance while increasing your range of
motion and reducing stress.
Join the Party with motivating music and
dance infused fitness moves inspired by
international rhythms that are fun and
easy to follow.

to gain an edge on their opponent.
Increase speed, agility and explosive
power in order to dominate the competition.

Keep your softball skills sharp through
the off season. Batting and fielding
skills, technique evaluation, and intense
drill work.

A trainer will develop a program specifically
geared to your sport. Fine tune the
skills needed and get the conditioning to
increase speed and strength to become
the “complete athlete.”

The Y’s tennis pro can guide you to a
better game. Call to arrange your
session. $30/30 minutes.
Under the guidance of Russell Farr of
Farr Post Soccer Academy, you will
make tremendous strides in the level of
your game.1 Player, $75/hour, 2 Players,
$60/hour, 3 or more Players, $40/hour.
