Extreme Teen Members (13 & Up)
$75 Annual Membership Fee Includes:

  • Register for Teen Sports, Fitness, Swim, and Art Classes
  • Trip Eligibility
  • Scheduled Teen Lap Swim (see Pool Schedule)
  • Community Service Opportunities
  • Fitness Center Wednesdays and Fridays, 3:30-5:30pm
  • Special Events: Teen Socials, Battle of the Bands and more

Teen Fitness Hours

Full Member Teens 13-16
Monday - Friday
2:30-6:00 pm may be unaccompanied in the Fitness Center
7:30-10:00 pm must be accompanied by a parent

Saturday & Sunday
1:30-3:30 pm may be unaccompanied in the Fitness Center
3:30-to closing must be accompanied by a parent.

Extreme Teen Members 13 and up
Wednesday & Friday
2:30-6:00pm only
We appreciate your cooperation by exercising only during Teen Hours. Please note all new teen members must complete an orientation with a trainer before working out.

*Full member teens ages 13 and up may attend any of the adult GEC's without a parent with the exception of Spin.
* Full Member teens ages 16 and older may attend Spin

Teen Belly Dancing
Fun and energizing class that burns calories while moving your core through
belly dancing infused movements.

Teen Fitness Training
For teens that are new to exercise and do not participate in organized sports. Learn cardiovascular training, strength building, and flexibility.

Teen Pilates
Pilates offers teens a great way to increase fitness, flexibility, and body awareness.

Teen Turbo Kick
This super fun cardiovascular workout combines shadow boxing, kickboxing,
sports drills, and simple dance moves in a party atmosphere.

Teen Spin®
Ride indoor cycling bikes through an instructor-led workout. Teen must
attend first class for orientation. Height requirement: 4’11”

Teen Yoga
Experience greater flexibility, strength and balance while increasing your range of motion and reducing stress.

Teen Zumba®
Join the Party with motivating music and dance infused fitness moves inspired by international rhythms that are fun and easy to follow.

Teen Boot Camp
An intense workout for the athlete looking to gain an edge on their opponent.
Increase speed, agility and explosive power in order to dominate the competition.

Softball Skills Clinic
Keep your softball skills sharp through the off season. Batting and fielding
skills, technique evaluation, and intense drill work.

Strength & Skill Sport Training
Grades 5-8
A trainer will develop a program specifically geared to your sport. Fine tune the
skills needed and get the conditioning to increase speed and strength to become the “complete athlete.”
Eight sessions: 4 skill focus, 4 strength focus

Basic Member $480

One-on-One Tennis Training
The Y’s tennis pro can guide you to a better game. Call to arrange your session.
$30/30 minutes.

One-On-One Soccer Training
Under the guidance of Russell Farr of Farr Post Soccer Academy, you will
make tremendous strides in the level of your game.1 Player, $75/hour, 2 Players, $60/hour, 3 or more Players, $40/hour.

Team/Small Group Basketball Training
Does your team need some extra work delivered from a different perspective?
Or would a group of your friends like to work together to raise their level of play?
Call the Y to arrange for your session.
$25/hour/per person.

One-on-One Basketball Training
Is there an aspect of your game that can use some fine tuning? We will analyze
your area of concern and work with you to bring your game to a new level. Call
the Y to arrange for your session with four year college player, Taryn Scinto.
$50/hour $30/ 1/2 hour

Cross Country Clinic
Grades 1-9 7 weeks
Session I -Tues. & Thur. 4-5pm
Introduction and conditioning for cross country and other endurance sports. Includes stretching, running drills, and specific weight training. Proper training
techniques will be emphasized. Clinic to be held at Wyckoff Community Park.
Full Members: $100
Basic Members: $130

Intro to Track & Field Skills & Conditioning
Grades 3-8 7 weeks
Session II - Mon. & Wed. 7-8pm
Drills and techniques for various track and field events will be explored as well as the proper stretching, light weight lifting, and conditioning strategies for success during the indoor winter season and on into the spring.
Full Members $100
Basic Members: $130

HS BASKETBALL LEAGUES
Grades 9-12
Session I – Boys-Tuesdays 6:30-8:30pm

A great chance to play some good, competitive hoops!

"Bump it Up" Vollyball Clinic
Sessions I & II - Grades 7-8,Thursday 5-6pm or 6-7pm
Session II - Grade 9-11,Thursday 7-8pm
Learn the skills and strategies of competitive volleyball. All Players $80 – Directed by DIGS Volleyball Club Coach
