Organize your own team of adults
19 and over, or we'll put together a
team for you. League games will
be played on Monday nights with
playoffs finishing the 8-game season.
Session III begins week of

Come and "drop-in" our gyms for
an early morning (5:30-8:30 am) or
lunchtime (11:30am-1:00 pm) basketball
workout. Purchase a prepaid
card for $60 which entitles the
holder to 20 visits during the above
sessions.

start your day? Get your competitive
juices revved up for the day by
taking part in our Early Bird Adult
Basketball League. Bring your own
team or we'll put one together for

Work with Joel Pasternak, area high school track coach and veteran long distance
runner, to be trained in sprints, hurdles, relays, distance races and field
events. Stretching and conditioning regiments, proper athlete nutrition, and
proper training techniques will be emphasized. Participants will be able to participate
in New Jersey Striders Track Meets.

Spend some quality one-on-one time working on your swing as you prepare
for the upcoming spring baseball/softball season. Call the Wyckoff Y at

some quality training time with Ryan Tremblay, four-year scholarship player at
Caldwell College, who will analyze your area of concern and work with you to

Whether you’re a beginner or a player looking to put in some intense training
