Monday – Friday
2:30-6:00pm may be unaccompanied in the Fitness Center.
7:30-10:00pm must be accompanied by a parent.

Saturday & Sunday
1:30-3:30pm may be unaccompanied in the Fitness Center.
3:30-to closing must be accompanied by a parent.

Extreme Teen Members 13 and up
Wednesday & Friday
2:30-6:00pm only We appreciate your cooperation by exercising only during Teen Hours. Please note all new teen members must complete an orientation with a trainer before working out.

*Full member teens ages 13 and up may attend any of the adult GEC’s without a parent with the exception of Spin. *Full member teens ages 16 and older may attend Spin.

Extreme Teen Members (13 & Up)

$60 Annual Membership Fee includes:

• Register for Teen Sports, Fitness, Swim, and Art Classes
