Presented by the Krame Center for Contemplative Studies and Mindful Living
Mindfulness is a purposeful way of focusing attention in the present moment. Research has shown that even short courses of mindfulness training can lead to positive brain changes. Learn methods for incorporating mindfulness practices into everyday life and work. 8wk. Course

“CORKS & CANVAS” Wine and Painting Party
