OUR MISSION

Y Arts in the Community draws people together offering Visual, Music, and Performing Arts through Gallery 691, Studio 691 School of Dance, Y Arts Music & Theatre Education, Y Arts Theatre Company, and Y Arts Youth Theatre.

Y Arts in the Community is committed to creating a vibrant cultural center under the leadership of the Wyckoff Family YMCA. We serve families and our diverse community by making the visual and performing arts accessible, integrated, and meaningful. By providing a place to exhibit, perform, and share arts of all kinds, we aim to nourish lives and inspire people regardless of age, gender, race, or religion to develop in Spirit, Mind, and Body.

Rocking Chair Harriet Sobie Goldstein acrrlic painting

“Rocking Chair” – acrylic on canvas by Harriet Sobie Goldstein

SALUTE artists have connected to their inner child to create artwork expressive of childhood. The work is varied and includes images of children, toys, memories of childhood; including abstract works that express the experience of childhood.

All artworks are for sale, and a portion of sales will support the Wyckoff Family YMCA. This is an excellent opportunity to experience great art close to home.
