Get back in shape no matter what the
weather! Child will remain in your
stroller during class. Aerobic power
walking with intervals of resistance
training. Held indoors.
Ages 2 1/2-9 mos. (pre-crawlers)
Yoga moves increase strength and flexibility,
tone the body, reduce stress,
and quiet the mind. Baby will be
included in the yoga poses. Please
bring a blanket for baby.
4-10 months
We sing songs and move together,
improving our beginning motor skills.
Fun for adult and baby.
10-14 months
Body parts, spatial awareness,
socialization, crawling, walking &
climbing skills are all part of this fun
Mommy & Me gym class.
Ages 14-20 months
Your little speedster will work on
more complex gross motor skills and
the fine tuning of their fine motor
skills through interactive play and
music.
