Movie Nights
Friday, October 8 and
Friday, November 12

After a long week, get together with family and friends to relax with a great movie. Come dressed in your pj’s, munch on popcorn and play some games. Movies to be announced.
$5 per family.

“Haunted” Hayride
Thursday, October 21, 7pm
Ride a not-so-scary hayride down our haunted trail with lights and sounds to thrill the kids along the way. Each family will construct a chocolate haunted house for a special treat!
$20 per family (includes one house);
$10 per extra house. Pre-registration required.

Y Holiday Celebration Annual Tree Lighting
Wednesday, December 2, 6:30pm
Come deck the halls with Santa, singing, and sweets.

“The Nutcracker”

Enjoy a favorite holiday classic presented by the Y’s Studio 691 Pre-Professional Dance Company.

“Tom Chapin in Concert”
Friday, September 24 at 8:00pm at the Wyckoff Family YMCA

Tom Chapin's music spans styles and generations. For more than 30 years, Chapin has entertained, amused and enlightened audiences of all ages with life-affirming original songs told in a sophisticated array of musical styles.

David Rohde,Taliban Kidnapping Survivor to Speak at the Y
Wednesday, September 29 at 7:30pm.
David Rohde a two-time Pulitzer Prize winner, was kidnapped by the Taliban in 2008 outside Kabul. He made a brazen and widely reported escape in June, 2009. His five-part series on his captivity gained him this year’s prestigious George Polk Award for international reporting. This event is being co-sponsored by the Y and the North Jersey Chapter of the American Red Cross. It will be held
in the Carl Pfeifer Performing Arts Center. Admission is free.

6th Annual Buddy Walk
Saturday, October 2 at the Y
10am pre-registration,
11am walk begins.
Y facility revised hours: 2-8:30pm
The Buddy Walk brings together all kinds of families with the goal of raising awareness and inclusion for those with Down syndrome. One mile family walk, games, family activities, delicious food, music and our terrific raffle and silent auction.

1st Annual “RocktoberFest” Featuring “The Nerds”
Friday, October 22 at 8pm
It’s a rockin’ October at the Y! Nosh on brats and beer while getting’ down to the area’s favorite party band, “The Nerds!” Tickets: $40, includes brats and fixings. Beer garden extra. Call the Development Office—sure to be a sell-out!

12th Annual Anniversary Bash
“The Y Goes to the Oscars!”

Walk the Red Carpet! Compete in our first-ever “Y-Idol” singing competition! Auditions throughout the week with final judging event culminating on Saturday afternoon. Make an appearance with the whole family for rides, games, food and free classes all day long!

5th Annual Art Show

Awards given to top three in Fine Art and Photography categories as well as
children’s categories. Registration forms can be downloaded on our website or picked up at the front desk. Deadline for submission is September 24. Sign up early, space is limited.
