Lee Parker, President

Lee has been a Board member for 12 years and is serving as the President. He has served as Chairperson for Wyckoff Day, Billy's Buddies Golf Outing, and the Buddy Walk for special needs children. He also serves on Strategic Planning and several other committees. Lee has been in the restaurant business for several decades and had a 10 year span in the telecom industry. He currently owns 3 Chicas Mexican Kitchen, which he opened in 2002 here in Wyckoff. Lee is a graduate of Villanova University.

Bill Burns and Frank Crotty, Vice President

Bill Burns joined the Board in 2017 and currently serves on both the Finance and Special Needs committees. He remains involved in the Buddy Walk for special needs children and has walked as Chairperson alongside his daughter who has down syndrome. Bill lives with his wife and three children in Ramsey, and works as a Senior Vice President for Morgan Stanley. He graduated from the College of New Jersey with a BS in Accounting before going on the earn the CPA and CFP™ designations.

Frank Crotty is a member of the Strategic Planning Committee and has been associated with the Y for over 30 years, serving two terms as President. He is deeply involved with the Triathlon and Veterans programs. He is a graduate of Holy Cross and Fordham Law School.

Dottie Van Der Horn, Secretary

Dottie serves as Secretary to the Board. She has also worked with the Active Older Adults, and the Ladies Night and Wyckoff Day Committees. Dottie owns and operates Wyckoff Florist & Gifts.

Kevin Cornwell

Kevin Cornwell is a past President of the Board.  Kevin is a Certified Financial Planner and a Merrill Lynch Vice President.  Previously in investment banking with JP Morgan and predecessor banks, Kevin graduated with a BA from Kenyon college and has an MBA from Syracuse University. 

James Dooley

Jim has served on the Board for 21 years. Jim and his wife Kathy, have lived in Wyckoff for 37 years. He has been the Chair of the Y’s Fall Classic Annual Golf Tournament.

Carol Krajewski

Carol has served on the Board for 17 years in various capacities including Secretary to the Board and Membership Chair. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia.

Sal Moffa

Sal Moffa chairs the Performing Arts Committee. Sal has been a resident of Wyckoff for over 20 years, and along with his wife Sue and three daughters, have been members of the YMCA since coming to town. Sal is currently employed as a management consultant by Plante Moran, PLLC, a certified public accounting, wealth management, consulting and business advisory firm. Sal graduated from Muhlenberg College with a BA in Accounting and Business Administration.

John Murphy

John is Chair of the Membership Committee. He received his BS from Rutgers and MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson and served in the Army National Guard. John began his career with AT&T Western Electric and later moved to Prentice Hall/Pearson, retiring as VP of Networking Technologies in 2011. He served as President of the NJ Chapter of The Association of Image and Information Management. John and his wife, Bev, have three daughters and four grandchildren and reside in Waldwick.

Gina Nerlino

Gina has been a Board member for 7 years. Gina serves on the Strategic Planning Committee and plays a key role in the organization of the Y’s Annual Ladies Tennis Outing. Gina is a former Partner/Account Director of J. Walter Thompson Co., New York. She graduated St. Lawrence University.

Larry Peterson

Larry joined the Board in 2014. A retired Marine Lt. Col and Vietnam Veteran, Larry also held the position of Senior Product Manager at ITT Corporation and later as the Principal of LP Associates. Larry currently serves on the Active Older Adult Advisory Board and the Veterans Committee. He received a BA from Saint Mary’s College, and an MS from the George Washington University.

Ron Zier

Ron has been a volunteer at the Y for over 20 years, serving two terms as President. As a member of the Strategic Planning Committee, Ron offers invaluable assistance in formulating the Y’s long range plan. Ron is a retired corporate officer of a Fortune 50 Company. Ron is a graduate of Notre Dame.
