Wed. 10:30-11:30am  Location: BOYE POOL

Tone in the cooler pool without jumping. Improve stretch, balance, and function using the natural resistance of water in this low impact class.



Mon. – Fri. 6:45-7:30am & 11am-12pm, Mon. 7:30-8:30pm, Sat. 8-8:45am  Location: NEW POOL

Work your heart while toning muscles and improving flexibility with this low impact class.


Aqua Aerobics

Wed. 9:30-10:30am  Location: BOYE POOL

Work out with high intensity aerobics in the cooler pool.


Aqua Combo

Wed. 7:30-8:45pm Location: NEW POOL

Combine Aquacise techniques and water boxing in this 75 min. cardio workout.


Aqua Interval

Fri. 9:30-10:30am Location: BOYE POOL

Work out with explosive jumping and bounding moves in the cooler pool. For more advanced participants only.


Aquatic Bootcamp

Tue. 8:30-9:15am  Location: BOYE POOL

Kick it up with this high intensity training targeting every part of the body. Be prepared to sweat...even in the pool!


Deep Water Running

Wed. 9:30-10:30am  Location: BOYE POOL

Jump into the deep end of the cooler pool and work on different strides such as uphill, downhill, fast, and slow.


Masters Swim Workout

Mon. & Wed. 5-6:30am, Sat. 7-8:30am Location: BOYE POOL

Challenge your weekly swim routine with a rigorous Masters Swim Workout with an experienced swim coach.

Progress from injury to recovery in this group class. Physician’s note required.

Water Workout 101

Sess. III-IV

Mon. 10:30-11:30am or Fri. 8:30-9:30am  Location: BOYE POOL

Build endurance and increase strength while learning to get a great workout through lap swimming.

Ideal for the adult mastering the proper techniques and skills of swimming later in life.

One-on-One Aquatic Post Rehabilitation

Rehabilitate through an individualized program of therapeutic exercises tailored to your needs in consultation with your physician. 

Full Member: 45 min. Lesson - $30  /  60 min. Lesson - $40
Program Member: 45 min. Lesson - $40  /  60 min. Lesson - $50

Triathlon Swim Training: Beginner 

Sess. III-IV BOYE POOL Mon. 8-9pm 

Class begins Feb. 25. Learn the fundamentals of freestyle for a safe and successful open water swim. Participants must be able to swim freestyle 25 yds. and be deep water confident.

Triathlon Swim Training: Intermediate 

Sess. III-IV BOYE POOL Tue. 10:30-11:30am *Thu. 5-6am 

*Thursday Class Only begins Feb. 26. Work with a Coach to learn drills and help strengthen long distance swimming. Typical one-hour workout is 2,000 yds.

Triathlon Swim Training: Advanced 

Sess. III-IV BOYE POOL Tue. 9:30-10:30am 

Challenge yourself with a Coach through progressive drills to help cut time on long distance swims. Typical one-hour workout is 2,400 yds.
