Aquabilities

Wed. 10:30-11:30am  Location: BOYE POOL

Tone in the cooler pool without jumping. Improve stretch, balance, and function using the natural resistance of water in this low impact class.

Aquacise

Mon. – Fri. 6:45-7:30am & 11am-12pm, Mon. 7:30-8:30pm, Sat. 8-8:45am  Location: NEW POOL

Work your heart while toning muscles and improving flexibility with this low impact class.

Aqua Aerobics

Wed. 10:30-11:30am  Location: BOYE POOL

Work out with high intensity aerobics in the cooler pool.

Aqua Combo

Wed. 7:30-8:45pm Location: NEW POOL

Combine Aquacise techniques and water boxing in this 75 min. cardio workout.

Aqua Interval

Fri. 9:30-10:30am Location: BOYE POOL

Work out with explosive jumping and bounding moves in the cooler pool. For more advanced participants only.

Aquatic Bootcamp

Tue. 8:30-9:15am  Location: BOYE POOL

Kick it up with this high intensity training targeting every part of the body. Be prepared to sweat...even in the pool!

Deep Water Running

Wed. 9:30-10:30am  Location: BOYE POOL

Jump into the deep end of the cooler pool and work on different strides such as uphill, downhill, fast, and slow.

Masters Swim Workout

Mon. & Wed. 5-6:30am, Sat. 7-8:30am Location: BOYE POOL

Challenge your weekly swim routine with a rigorous Masters Swim Workout with an experienced swim coach.

pool yoga

NEW! Aqua Yoga

Tue. 12-12:45pm  Location: NEW POOL

Instructor: MaryAnn Gebhardt

Yoga poses in the water offer little or no impact on the joints. The water is a nurturing environment and the release of gravity allows for a optimal stretch. Strengthen and tone in the weightlessness of the water with a sense of ease in movement and release of tension.

Progress from injury to recovery in this group class. Physician’s note required.

Water Workout 101

Sess. I-II

Mon. 10:30-11:30am or Fri. 8:15-9:15am  Location: BOYE POOL

Build endurance and increase strength while learning to get a great workout through lap swimming.

Full Member: $270  / Program Member: $325

 

NEW! Swimming Foundations

Sess. I/II   Ages 13 and Up

Mon. 6pm, Tue. 8:30am, 9am, Wed. 10am, 4:30pm, Thu. 8:30am, 9am

Classes are 30min. in length. Learn proper swim mechanics and ways to swim laps for exercise.

Full Member: $270  / Program Member: $325

Adult Group Classes: 

Sess. I/II

Ideal for the adult mastering the proper techniques and skills of swimming later in life.

Beginner:

Wed. 9-10am or Thu. 9:30-10:30am   Location: NEW POOL
 

Intermediate:

Mon. 9:30-10:30am or Wed.10-11am  Location: NEW POOL
