Registration/Payment Info


Pre-registration is required for summer camp. Summer camp registration is in house only. You may reserve a space for your camper by completing and handing in your camp paperwork at the front desk.

A registration fee of $45 per child and $100 per week deposit (for full day daycare and school age camps) $50 per week deposit (for half day daycare camp) is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Choose sessions and dates carefully!  It is the Y’s policy not to issue refunds for absences or withdrawals.

Changes can be made prior to June 4, 2018 without incurring a fee.

Please note: Reduction in number of weeks is considered a withdrawal not a change, therefore subject to loss of deposit.

Payment and Deposits:

All balances must be paid in full by June 4, 2018 for your convenience credit card payments are accepted. 

Credit card payments are applied as followed:

Weeks 1-3 on April 4, 2018, Weeks 4-7 on May 4, 2018, and Weeks 8-10 on June 4, 2018.

Termination Policy:

The Wyckoff YMCA staff may recommend the withdrawal of any child if adequate adjustment has not been made within a reasonable amount of time.

Camp Doc:

Medical information must be completed and Universal Health Forms uploaded by May 4, 2018. Four your child’s safety, immunization records must be current and a physical examination must have been performed within the last 12 months. You will receive an email from Camp Doc with login information.

Monday thru Friday 5am – 10:30pm

Saturday 7am-7pm

Sunday 8am-5pm
