Registration:

  • Pre-registration is required for summer camp. Summer camp registration is online and in house.
  • You may reserve a space for your camper by registering online or completing and handing in your camp paperwork at the front desk. 
  • Online Registrations are prioritized over in-house registrations. 
  • Choose dates carefully!

Login to view Enrollment and Payment/System Credit Information:  

Carefully Review Camp and Aftercare Registrations including Camp Wydaca 2020 deposits and registration fees rolled over to Camp 2021

  • Go to www.wyckoffymca.org/manageaccount
  • Go to My Account (top right)
  • Click on Registrations to view camp registrations by week
  • Click View Details for specialty descriptions

To view Outstanding Camp Balances, Available Online Credits & Automatic Draft Schedules:

  • Go to My Account (top right)
  • Click on Balance
  • To use an available credit as form of payment, check outstanding balance boxes and simply click Apply at check out
  • To review automatic draft schedules, view scheduled payment details. Please note: The Business Office is in the process of rescheduling camp auto draft payments.

Registration Fees:

(Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable):

  • $45 per camper required Registration Fee
  • $100 per week deposit - Full Day Daycare and School Age Camps
  • $50 per week deposit - Half Day Daycare 

Payment and Deposits:

All Camp Wydaca and Summer Wees daycare balances must be paid in full prior to attending camp.   

2020 Camp Payment Schedule:

Camp balances will be drafted on the below dates via the credit card provided at registration. All online credits will be applied to outstanding camp balances.

Schedule Changes:

The Business Office would need to be notified if there are any changes to the Camper’s Schedule by the below dates.

For Weeks 3-6: June 30

For Weeks 7-9: July 27

If notification is received after these dates, it will result in a loss of deposit and additional paid camp fees will be credited to the remaining camp balances or YMCA Online Credit.

Aftercare Adjusted Rate:

  • $50 per week

Teen Good to Go and Teen Scene Adjusted Rates:

  • Full Member: $325     Non/Program Member: $360

Termination Policy:

The Wyckoff YMCA staff may recommend the withdrawal of any child if adequate adjustment to camp has not been made within a reasonable amount of time.


Camp Doc: 

  • Medical information must be completed and Universal Health Forms uploaded at least two weeks prior to your child's start of camp.
  • For your child’s safety, immunization records must be current and a physical examination must have been performed within the last 12 months.
  • You will receive an email from Camp Doc with login information.
