A Summer Daycare Program that offers developmentally appropriate curriculum that fosters social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth in the Preschool years. This unique "camp like" experience enhances curiosity, creativity, and self-esteem. Specifically designed for summer learning and outdoor fun: including swim lessons, art classes, engaging activities, and sports.

HALF DAY WEES: 9am - 12pm $200/week

ADD LUNCH BUNCH: 12-1pm $40/week

Want to extend your day? Pack a lunch and enjoy socialization with friends, stories over lunch, and play time. 

FULL DAY WEES: 9am - 4pm $395/week

CAMP KINDER:

Entering Kindergarten in September

Launch your Kindergartener to be ready for the first day of school. CAMP KINDER is crafted to meet the needs and developmental levels of each camper. The introduction of educational activities including reading readiness. Social activities will help bridge the gap from Pre-K to Kindergarten. Daily activities include instructional swim, arts and crafts, indoor activity time, sports, games, and free swim. Your children will learn, excel, and always have a blast! 

NEW! Kindergarten Pull-Out Elective:

We are excited to offer Kindergarten campers the opportunity to sign up for a one hour pull-out indoor elective. This elective would be in lieu of indoor activity time. Campers will be introduced to Wydaca “big kid” specialty camps at a Kindergarten pace.

Pull-Out Electives: $50 per week

Art – Explore composition, texture, and design using various mediums to stimulate the imagination. 

Basketball – Dribbling drills and shooting skills will ensure you score on the court this summer!

Cooking – Bon Appetit, it’s time to eat! Little chefs will measure, chop, and stir their way through the kitchen.

Dance – Chasse, leap, and twirl while learning ballet through creative movement and theme based lessons.

Floor Hockey – Learn the fundamentals of stick handling, passing, and shooting for game play.

Kinder Bricks – Learn the concepts of engineering, architecture, and mechanics using lego bricks.

Soccer – Shoot and score! Focus is on the fundamentals of passing, kicking, and team play. 

Sports and Games – Ready, set, go! A basic introduction to T-Ball, Soccer, and Flag Football.

Just for the younger camper! A camp dedicated to address the interests of our 1st and 2nd graders. Still somewhat new to Elementary School, campers will all participate in specialized, age-appropriate activities that reinforce learning, with an emphasis on FUN!! Fostering a love of reading, mathematics, music, and the development of social skills encompass our curriculum. Supervised by a highly experienced staff, CAMP YOUNGSTERS enjoy sports, art, swim lessons, and free swim as part of their day, as well as their very own local trips.

Add On Tennis - $125 per wk

Our goal is to build stronger, more thoughtful Teens who are better equipped to navigate the world around them. From fitness training and indoor swim time, to sports on the turf fields, Teens are motivated to stay active, fit, and prepare for High School life. LEADER'S IN TRAINING (LIT's):

The “Leaders in Training” (LIT’s) Program is designed for 15 year olds who are interested in developing team building skills, while shadowing campers. Take a deeper look and practice creativity, manage a project as a group, build self-confidence, and recognize your leadership potential. Training Topics include: Communication/social skills, being a positive role model and giving positive guidance while enjoying all your favorite camp activities. Campers successfully completing the program will be eligible to apply as a camp counselor next year.

LIT Service Week: July 30 – August 3

Service Week is available to LIT’s who have successfully completed the LIT program and would like to continue shadowing campers. This week is not mandatory but a great ending to any LIT’s summer.

Designed to compliment our year-round Studio 691 Dance Programming: Focus is on warm-ups, across the floor choreography, and new and exciting combinations. Studio 691 Jazz & Tap curriculum will be taught each day – one in the morning and one in the afternoon.

Under the professional direction of the Performing Arts Department the African savannah comes to life on the Y’s stage. Nurture your talents in acting, singing, and dancing. Journey from Pride Rock to the jungle...and back again, in this inspiring, coming-of-age tale. Auditions take place the first day of camp. Performance: August 16.
