5-Week Meditation Series 

Mondays, 6:30-7:30pm 

Dates: 4/22, 4/29, 5/6, 5/13, 5/20

Learn a varied set of mindfulness and meditative practices to cultivate present-moment awareness. Awaken your innate capacity to feel calm and complete. Please arrive a few minutes early, wear comfortable clothes and layers.
