Restore & Renew

Wed. 11:30am-12:30pm, Friday 12:30-1:30pm 

Activate restorative postures to awaken, realign, and alleviate muscular tension. Stimulate the body's natural healing to foster wellness in your daily life.

Arthritis Class

Mon. 12:15-1pm 

A low-intensity workout designed for those with arthritis or other joint challenges; exercises utilizing light weights and dynabands that are recommended by The National Arthritis Foundation.

(Active Solutions to Strengthen Individual Specific Tendencies)

Wed. 1:30-2:15pm 

Recommended for those with Parkinson's, Muscular Dystrophy, and anyone with limited mobility. Includes weight training, balance and gait exercises, along with gentle aerobics.
