Fitness Workshop

COVID-19 Guidelines: 

1. BOOK YOUR RESERVATION:

At this time we will not be allowing walk-ins. You will be made to confirm your Reservation prior to entering the building.

2. PREPARE FOR HEALTH SCREENING:

Once you arrive, (no more than 5 minutes before) please enter at the Front Desk (Door 1) or Back Desk (Door 3) Entrance. All Handicap Members please Enter at the Gazebo Entrance (Door 2).

A Staff Member will greet you, confirm your Reservation, take your temperature, and ask you a few questions.

3. MASKS:

When entering, exiting, or walking throughout the building, masks must be worn at all times. 

4. SOCIAL DISTANCING:

When entering, exiting, or walking throughout the building, please do your part and stand 6ft. a part!

5. FACILITY UPDATES:

If you are coming to workout, please bring your own towel, yoga mat, and water bottle. Please note our Locker Change Areas are currently Closed, so you will be unable to store belongings. The restrooms within the Locker Rooms are available.


MELT Workshop

90 min. Roll, Release, & Restore 

Sat., DECEMBER 5 from 11am-12:30pm

Location: Lake House    Instructor: Jill Slater

NECK AND SHOULDERS - BRING A YOGA MAT!

We will combine the techniques of The Melt Method, Mysofaschial Release Techniques, Corrective Exercises, and Yoga Therapy to restore your body closer to its ideal state of alignment, balance, mobility, and grace.  Equipment provided. We will use specialized soft foam rollers, therapy balls, and yoga straps to release stress and tension from your body. Learn techniques to release tension in your shoulders and neck that will improve breathing, posture, mobility and alignment! You will leave feeling like you just had the most amazing massage and yoga class wrapped up in one workshop.

Flexibility Training with Grace Workshop

Winter Solstice Yoga Workshop 

Mon., DECEMBER 14 from 6-7pm

Location: Lakehouse    Instructor: MaryAnn Gebhartt

Celebrate the Winter Solstice with the relaxing sound of the Tibet singing bowls and guided meditation. This is a sacred time for reflection and gratitude as we set intentions. The rhythms of nature remind us to connect with our inner wisdom and find our own inner light. The Solstice is the longest night, a time to restore and nourish ourselves and others.

UNDO NEGATIVE SIDE EFFECTS FROM SITTING - BRING A YOGA MAT!

Have you been sitting more in the last 9 months? Sitting can have adverse effects on posture and strength. This class can undo the negative effects that sitting causes.
