Trainer-tailored workouts include functional exercises and high intensity intervals. The 60 minute workouts will challenge you to the max using battle ropes, TRX Suspension Trainer, Marpo Rope Trainer, PLYO Boxes, and Dynamax Slam Balls. Max: 6 Participants
