At Healthy Kids Day, children and families will have the opportunity to learn about the importance of healthy eating, nutrition, physical activity, mental and emotional well-being, and developing healthy habits. 

Join us at the Wyckoff Family YMCA on April 26 from 10am-1pm to celebrate Healthy Kids Day! Fun challenges, games, and activities, open swim, healthy snacks, contests, prizes, local vendors and community partner booths, and so much more are all free and open to the community at large.
