AQUA SPRING SERENITY SOUND HEALING

Tibetan singing bowls utilize the powerful healing properties of sound vibrations, which encourage deep relaxation. These healing sounds are known to help reach a meditative frequency. This workshop is held on the Y’s Glide Fit Paddle Boards, and we incorporate the soothing motion of water. Please wear a bathing suit.
