As we embrace the beauty of spring, it's the perfect time to make sure your home is a safe and secure environment. Preventing falls and ensuring safety in and around the house is essential for everyone, especially seniors.

What You'll Learn:

• Fall Prevention Tips: How to make your home safer and prevent falls.
• Home Modifications: Easy ways to create a safer living space (lighting, grab bars, rugs, etc.)
• Emergency Preparedness: What to do in case of a fall or injury.
• Exercises for Balance: Simple exercises that help improve balance and strength.
