AOA CAMP HOURS: 9:30am - 2pm
Step into summer with AOA Camp, a three-day experience designed to inspire and energize. Join a vibrant community of Active Older Adults (AOAs) who share your passion for movement, mindfulness, meaningful connection and joyful living.
What to Expect:
- Invigorating fitness training classes tailored to all levels
- Calming guided meditations to center the mind
- Enriching workshops and inspiring creative arts
- Laughter, learning, and lifelong friendships
Special Trip:
Wrap up your week with a fun-filled AOA Trip on Friday, June 27 – enjoy a refreshing Boardwalk stroll and lunch!
