Year-round Stingrays Swim Team Tryouts

Thu., JANUARY 15 from 4-5pm

This tryout is only to fill vacant spots from our Fall session. This is not a full team tryout. 

Swimmers should be at a Swim Academy 5 swim level, or higher, in order to try out.

• A Team designed to invite kids to swim all year long.  For Ages 8 and up.
• Experience the camaraderie of “the team” in a non-competitive and recreational setting
• Practice 2-3 times weekly in the Y’s indoor pools
• Compete in inter squad competitions
• Stringrays move outdoors each summer to practice and participate in a summer league and the NJPMA Championships
• Keep in “strong swim shape” and build endurance while improving stroke techniques
• All Swimmers must have a Full Membership in place in order to participate on the Team.
