Monday:

BASIC TRAINING from 11:15am-12pm

Location: Fitness Center

Instructor: Brian

Class Type: Strength

Learn functional fitness movements to enhance your physical independence. Class uses bands, weights and other equipment to build strength.

AOA YOGA FOR MEN from 11:15am-12pm

Location: Yoga Studio

Instructor: Gloria

Class Type: Yoga/Flexibility

Improve flexibility, strength and balance while reducing stress all in this supportive series for men.

Tuesday:

MEDITATION from 10:30-11am

Location: Commons Lower Level

Instructor: Tami

Class Type: Yoga/Flexibility

Held in the Commons, each week. Explore the practice of mindful breathing and relaxation.

CHAIR YOGA from 12:15-1pm

Location: Yoga Studio

Instructor: Lisa

Class Type: Yoga/Flexibility

Practice a gentle form of yoga sitting in a chair or standing for support. Yoga postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation techniques will be practiced.

Wednesday:

AOA BOOTCAMP FOR MEN from 10:30-11:10am

Enhance strength, mobility and build cameradie in this supportive series for men.

Thursday:

TAI CHI from 12-12:45Pm

The ancient art of Tai Chi may be an ideal form of exercise to reduce stress. You will feel relaxed after practicing the slow stretching, breathing, and gentle movement of this graceful mind/body practice.

CHAIR TONING from 10:30-11am
