2026 Camp Wydaca Drop Off/ Pick-Up Patterns and Schedules:

Drop Off & Pick-Up Schedule:

FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL CHILDREN, PLEASE DRIVE CAREFULLY AND SLOWLY. 

Please refrain from using cell phones.

We appreciate your continued cooperation and look forward to a more efficient drop off and pick-up process. Speed limit is 5 miles per hour on the YMCA property. It is strictly enforced.

In an effort to improve traffic flow, please adhere to the following Drop Off & Pick Up Schedule.

Drop Off Between: 8:20 – 9am

  • No Camper can be dropped off in the corral prior to 8:20am.

Pick-Up Between: 3:20 – 4pm

  • No cars will be permitted on Y property for pickup prior to 3:20pm.
  • We encourage you to adhere to the following schedule.

Before Camp Care Between: 7:30 - 9am

New! After Camp Clubs Between: 4 - 5pm

After Camp Care Between: 4 - 6pm

Offsite Tennis Between: 3:30 - 5pm (Pick-Up is 5:15pm by the Lower Corral)

We have Four Camp Corrals: 

The Main Corral 

  • Traditional Grade 1 Camp
  • Traditional Grade 2 Camp
  • Traditional Grade 3 Camp
  • Traditional Grade 4 Camp

The Lower Corral

  • Little Explorers Half Day Camp
  • Little Explorers Full Day Camp
  • Programs Camps (Grades 1-5)

The Upper Corral 

  • Kindergarten Camp
  • Traditional Grade 5 Camp
  • Performing Arts Camps (Grades 1-5)

The Turf Corral

  • Sports Camps (Grades 1-5)
  • Sports, Programs, Performing Art Camps (Grade 6-8)

TRAFFIC MAP

Main Corral Drop Off Route:

  • Please enter the parking lot via Wyckoff Avenue only.
  • Please stay in the RIGHT lane.
  • Proceed to the designated Corral - There will be signs and staff to assist you.
  • Please do not exit the car. Counselor will receive your Camper.
  • Exit via Spring Meadow.

Lower Corral Drop Off Route:

  • Please enter the parking lot via Wyckoff Avenue only.
  • Please stay in the LEFT lane until sign direct you to Lower Corral.
  • Staff will merge you into left lane in front of Main Corral Drop Off.
  • Proceed to the designated Corral - There will be signs and staff to assist you.
  • Please do not exit the car. Counselor will receive your Camper.
  • You will loop around the lower parking lot.
  • Exit via Spring Meadow.

Upper Corral Drop Off Route:

  • Please enter the parking lot via Wyckoff Avenue only.
  • Please stay in the LEFT lane.
  • Proceed to the designated Corral - There will be signs and staff to assist you.
  • Please do not exit the car. Counselors will receive your Camper.
  • Exit via Spring Meadow.

Turf Corral Drop Off Route:

  • Please enter on Charles Avenue-(Right off of West Main Street).
  • Proceed to the Turf Lot - There will be signs and staff to assist you.
  • Please do not exit the car.  Counselors will receive your Camper.
  • Exit via Charles Avenue.

Multiple Children in Multiple Corrals:

  • Please drop off at the Main Corral First.
  • Then wrap around lower lot, to drop off at the Lower Corral.
  • Continue around the YMCA Building to the Upper Corral.
  • Exit via Spring Meadow, turn to left to the Turf Corral.
  • There will be signs and staff to assist you.
  • Please do not exit the car.  
  • Exit via Charles Avenue.

Rainy Day Traffic Pattern:

All Corral Campers: DROP OFF

All Campers will be moved indoors to the upper level of the Y building to be dropped off to the Gymnasium Door Entrance.

  • Drop Off for all Campers will be moved to the back door entrance. 
  • Please enter Wyckoff Ave entrance. 
  • Please proceed straight around the Y building to drop off Camper.  A Counselor will pick up your Camper from your car. 
  • To exit, please proceed to Spring meadow Drive or Charles Avenue.

All Corral Campers: PICK UP

All Campers will be moved indoors to the upper level of the Y building to be dismissed from the Gymnasium Door Entrance.

  • Pick up for the above Campers will be moved to the back door entrance. 
  • Please enter Wyckoff Ave entrance. 
  • Please proceed straight around the Y building to pick up Camper.  A Counselor will bring your Camper to your car. 
  • To exit, please proceed to Spring Meadow Drive or Charles Avenue.

Authorized Pick-Up Cards: 

Please see below:

  • Main Corral Blue Identification Cards.
  • Lower Corral Red Identification Cards.
  • Upper Corral Yellow Identification Cards.
  • Turf Corral Green Identification Cards.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Please complete these cards and display them in the front windshield of your car. This helps to facilitate drop offs and pick-ups. These  Authorized Pick-Up Cards are required in order to pick up your Camper.
  • Your Camper will be released only to those people with the Authorized Pick-Up Card.
  • In the event that no authorized Adult is able to pick-up your Camper, please email Camp Admin of your Camp prior to the start of pick-up time. State the name and phone number of the individual who will be picking up. Individual must provide I.D. at time of pick up.
  • It is YMCA Policy that Authorized Pick-ups must be 18 years of age or older. 
  • Please fill out the Authorized Pick-Up Card completely and accurately. 
  • Please Note: If you are in a Programs, Sports, or Performing Arts Camp, you will be asked to specify the Camp your child is in when Dropping Off/Picking-Up. This will expedite the drop off and pick up procedure.

Before Camp Care:

  • In order to facilitate the drop off for our Before Camp Care families, the following will be the Drop Off Procedure: 
    • ALL age groups and camps will be dropped off at the Childcare Entrance Door #4 which is by the Childcare playground. 
    • Please drive up along the curb and a Before Camp Care Staff Member will come to your car to assist your Campers out of the car and walk them to their indoor Before Camp Care locations. 
    • Parents should not park and there is no need to get out of your car. 
    • Children should be seated on the passenger side of the car. 
    • As always, be cautious of other vehicles utilizing this traffic lane. 
    • This procedure will be in place for rain or shine weather conditions. 

After Camp Care:

  • All Pick-ups will be in the Main Corral.
  • On Rainy Days Pick-up will be from 4:15-6pm at the Childcare Entrance (Door #4). Please refer to the Wyckoff YMCA website for Rainy Day Alerts.
  • Kindly pull up along the fence (or on Rainy Days the Entrance along the curb by Door #4,) and the After Care Staff will be on hand to take your Authorized Pick-up Card, collect your Camper from their indoor location, and safely deliver your Camper to your car.
  • Please do not exit your car.
  • Please do not park and go to the Front or Back Desk, or the Childcare Entrance.
  • When possible, it is recommended that you plan your pick-up after 4:30pm. This will allow for the Camp Wydaca Pick-up to be largely finished and result in less time you will spend in the pick-up line. 

Operations Hub:

Dropping Off Late?  

  • Please park and walk your Camper to the Camp Desk (Childcare Entrance – Door #4).  
  • A YMCA Employee will transport your Camper to their respective group.

Picking Up Early?  

  • Please submit your request as early as 5pm the night before in the Early Pick-Up Form (pulled daily).
  • No requests will be accepted after 12pm on the day of the early pick-up. 
  • To ensure the tracking system operates correctly, you must submit the form daily should you have multiple early pick-ups in one week.
  • All early pick-ups must occur prior to 2pm.  
  • Park and meet your Camper at the Camp Desk (Childcare Entrance – Door #4).  
  • Please bring your Authorized Pick-Up Card.

Forgot To Pack Something?  

  • Please park and bring the forgotten item to the Camp Desk (Childcare Entrance – Door #4).  
  • Item must be labeled with Camper’s Name, Group, and Grade.
