2026 Camp Wydaca FAQ's & Payment Information:
General Registration Information:
- Registration Fee: $50 per camper non-refundable Required Fee
- Camp Wydaca: $125 per week non-refundable Deposit
- Littler Explorers Half Day Camp: $75 per week non-refundable Deposit
Payment and Deposits:
All Camp Wydaca balances must be paid in full by June 2, 2026. Camp balances will be drafted on the below dates via the credit card provided at registration.

Please Note: Week 1 (Preview Week) can be prorated due to schools still being in session.

Changes/Withdrawals:
- Reduction in the number of weeks is considered a withdrawal not a change, therefore results in loss of deposit/promotions.
- No move requests will be accepted within the current week your Camper is attending unless facilitated by a YMCA Director.
- YMCA Staff may recommend the withdrawal or move of any Camper if adequate adjustment to Camp has not been made within a reasonable amount of time.
- Camp fees will be adjusted based on membership changes after registration.
THROUGH JUNE 1, 2026:
CHANGES:
Camp families can make ANY changes (subject to availability) without incurring a fee.
WITHDRAWALS:
Withdrawals result in loss of Deposit(s)/Promotion. Any additional money paid will be placed as an online credit on your YMCA account.
AS OF JUNE 2, 2026:
CHANGES:
Change requests must be submitted 10 business days prior to the start of your camp week via a Change Request Form, (subject to availability) and will be charged $50 per camper/per transaction.
For a multi-week offering, the policy is based on the first week of the multi-week offering.
WITHDRAWALS:
- Withdrawals result in loss of Deposit(s)/Promotion.
- If you choose to withdraw your Camper after June 1, 2026, a Camp Withdrawal Form must be submitted, you will lose 50% of your tuition enrollment for the canceled week(s). The remaining 50% will be placed as an online credit on your YMCA account.
- If you choose to withdraw your Camper after June 1, 2026, from Extended Care (Before Camp Care, After Camp Clubs, After Camp Care, or Offsite Tennis Camp) you will incur a $25 fee per week/per camper. The remaining balance will be placed as an online credit on your YMCA account.
- Withdrawal requests within 5 business days of the camp week result in l00% loss of tuition.
Change / Withdrawal Form to be released June 1, 2026
Refunds/Absences:
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- It is the Y’s policy not to issue refunds.
- Regarding Absences, we do not issue refunds as space, staff, and supplies are reserved for your Camper based on enrollment and charged regardless of attendance.
Online Account Review:
- Access your online account at www.wyckoffymca.org/ACCOUNT to View Available System Credits, Registration Details, Outstanding Camp Balances, Automatic Draft Schedules, and More.
- From your Dashboard, Registrations will display upcoming registrations. Select "View All", and then "View Details" to see all future registrations, with the option to filter by camper.

Is camp outdoors or indoors?
Camp Wydaca is primarily an outdoor camp.
How do I register for Summer Camp?
New Campers can register for Camp Online at www.wyckoffymca.org/CAMP starting December 2, 2025.
Can I submit a friend request for my Camper?
We dedicate ourselves to youth development. Our camps help build confident, resilient, and happy campers by helping them foster new bonds throughout the summer months. In order to foster new authentic friendships and for the safety of all children to ensure our camper-to-staff supervision ratios, we will not accept friend requests for the 2026 Camp Season.
What does my camper need to bring/wear to Camp?
Please send Camper sun-blocked each day prior to the arrival of camp, wearing a bathing suit, and sneakers. Camper's backpack should have a towel, extra sunblock, a water bottle, an extra change of clothes, and a lunch - all labeled with their name.
Does my camper go on field trips?
At this time, Rugged Rangers, Reading Accelerators, and Teen Adventure Club will take field trips once a week.
How will you communicate with me?
The Thursday prior to the start of each camp week, you will receive a Weekly Themed Camp Newsletter including highlights, important information/reminders, and photos. Additionally, we will send you a wrap-up Friday Newsletter showcasing all the week's great activities. Please make sure you are subscribed to our emails, if you are not subscribed, you will not receive any of the newsletters. Where do I drop off and pick up my child?
Please refer to the Drop Off, Pick Up, Traffic Pattern Section.
A Note about Sunblock & Water Bottles:
Please make sure you sunblock your child Prior to Drop Off and remember to send with them a refillable water bottle and sunscreen, labeled with their name.
Can an Uber/Car Service pick-up my child from Camp?
No. Unless an Authorized Pick-Up above 18 years of age is present in the vehicle.
How many Campers will be in my child's Group?
- Little Explorers Half Day at a 1:6 ratio
- Little Explorers Full Day at a 1:6 ratio
- Gr. K operates at a 1:8 ratio
- Gr. 1-2 operates at a 1:10 ratio
- Gr. 3-5 operates at 1:10 ratio
- Gr. Teens operates at a 1:10 ratio
