In an effort for all Camp Directors to stay engaged with the Campers, we encourage you to communicate your thoughts, needs, and support via the below process.

Operations Hub

Dropping Off Late?

Please park and walk your Camper to the Camp Desk (Childcare Entrance – Door #4).
A YMCA Employee will transport your Camper to their respective group.

Picking Up Early?

Please submit your request as early as 5pm the night before in the Early Pick-Up Form (To be released June 2026) (pulled daily).
No requests will be accepted after 12pm on the day of the early pick-up.
To ensure the tracking system operates correctly, you must submit the form daily should you have multiple early pick-ups in one week.
All early pick-ups must occur prior to 2pm.
Park and meet your Camper at the Camp Desk (Childcare Entrance – Door #4).
Please bring your Authorized Pick-Up Card.
Please make every effort not to schedule external Camper appointments from 2pm on. As it affects the system to operate correctly.

Forgot To Pack Something?

Please park and bring the forgotten item to the Camp Desk (Childcare Entrance – Door #4).
Item must be labeled with Camper’s Name, Group, and Grade.
