Better Balance

Mon. 10:30-11:15am

Session I/II & Session III/IV 

This hands-on series includes targeted exercises for core and lower-body strength, vestibular training, and practical skills like safely getting up from the floor. You’ll practice dynamic balance activities such as walking on a balance beam, single leg stands and navigating obstacle courses. Learn effective fall prevention strategies and gain lifelong tools for improved movement, posture, and independence.

Pricing Per Session:

Full Member: $85     Program Member: $105

 

Bone Up    

Session I/II & Session III/IV

Times and Locations Listed Below:  

  • Tuesdays 1:15-2pm at YMCA
  • Wednesdays 1-1:45pm at YMCA
  • Fridays 8:15-9am at YMCA

Bone Up is fitness for your bone health. Vital at every age for healthy bones, exercise is the key for treating and preventing Osteoporosis. Not only can exercise improve your bone health, it can increase muscle strength, coordination, and balance. 

Pricing Per Session:

Full Member: $210     Program Member: $230

        

Exercise for Parkinsons and MS 

Wed. 11:15am-12pm

Session I/II & Session III/IV

Ideal for those living with Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis and other neural conditions. Strength, balance, coordination, flexibility and mobility training will be covered in the program. Move from seated to supported standing to standing exercises as you are able. Aides welcome for those requiring additional support.
