A Message from the Directors to our Campers...

Dear Campers,

What an amazing Summer it has been here at Camp Wydaca! We are so lucky to have spent the last ten weeks with all of you. You have shown kindness, curiosity, perseverance, and an unbelievable sense of exploration...and we could not be PROUDER OF YOU!

We hope you enjoyed the summer as much as we did! We loved being able to watch you make new friends, try new things, participate in all-camp challenges and above all succeed in anything you put your mind to. More specifically, we are proud of moments like the creations you made for the Camp Community Garden Project, the inventions you thought of for our World Fair, and the smiles on your faces when we watched you thrive through teamwork in our Annual Color Wars.

We hope through the themes explored this summer like Neighbors, Designers, Patriots, Community Heroes and more you have been able to take away the true meaning of Camp. That when you face new challenges you face them with grace, integrity, and above all a helping hand. Community means everything here to us at the Wyckoff Family YMCA and we hope that you bring that with you as you embark on your next chapter this school year.

We wish you all the best of luck and cannot wait to see how much you have grown next year. Best of luck on your new adventure coming this September. WE WILL ALWAYS BE ROOTING FOR YOU!

A Message from the Directors to our Camp Families...

Dear Camp Families,

We are so happy that we were able to spend this past Summer with your family! Your children were nothing but a joy to be around, teach, and grow with. As you know all of our weeks were themed at Camp Wydaca this past summer spotlighting the values and cornerstones of character that the YMCA is known for - CARING, RESPECT, HONESTY, AND RESPONSIBILITY.

We were able to incorporate more specific themes like Community Heroes and Neighbors, Patriots, Explorers, and Designers, and made every effort to cover all of the great lessons that we tried to instill in our Campers for them to carry along with them as they start their next new adventure in school. We hope you and the campers enjoyed moments like our in-house Assemblies, Color Wars, our Annual Family Carnival Night and so much more!

Please keep an eye out for our Early Promotions for the 2026 Season coming this Fall. THANK YOU for entrusting your children to us all summer long and above all for your loyal support of the Wyckoff Family YMCA!
