We commit to providing high level instruction at low prices all year long. The Y’s Performing Arts wing includes four dance studios where practice is perfected to perform on the Y’s in-house stage. We instill self-confidence and poise through performance. Click for Dress Code and Rules.
MUSIC
We’re Ambassadors of cultivating the inner artist.
Studio 691 School of Music and Theatre Education offers opportunities for individuals to explore and refine their talents musically through private instruction.
THEATRE
We’re Ambassadors of wholesome entertainment.
The Y Arts Theatre Company is an in-house theatre company encompassing all ages (grade 3 - adult.) Each year, one large scale musical is chosen with our audience of families in mind. It features a live orchestra, full sets, costumes, and lighting in the Y’s state-of-the-art Performing Arts Center. Often reviewed by critics as “Broadway in Your Backyard,” our local professional, semi-professional, and amateur performers ignite the stage with excellence.
We’re Ambassadors of creating memorable opportunities.
The Y Arts Youth Theatre Company is an in-house theatre company dedicated to performers grades 3 - 12. Each year, one junior version musical is produced where all roles are played by children. With a production team consisting of the Y’s leading directors in the performing arts department, each musical features high quality singing, dancing, lighting, scenery, costumes, props, and more all showcased at the Carl Pfeifer Performing Arts Center – the Y’s stage!
