MEMBER GUEST PASSES:
Guest passes are available to Full Facility Adult Members only and will be issued on a limited basis. Please Note: Due to high demand within our pool facilities, a maximum of 2 guest passes per membership unit per month applies. The Member must accompany all guests. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a Full Member parent. To Purchase your Guest Pass, please stop at the Front Desk.

NATIONWIDE MEMBERSHIP:
Please Note: Nationwide is restricted to the following below.
- Full Use of Fitness Center
- Group Exercise Classes Monday-Friday 5:30-8am and 5-10pm.
When you enroll in the YMCA, you become a member of a Nationwide Association.
Nationwide Full Members can visit any participating Y in the United States and Puerto Rico through membership at their home Y, at no additional cost. So, whether you are traveling on the west coast for business or visiting relatives down south, you can get your workout in and connect with the larger Y community.
Just bring your Y membership card and a photo ID to the Y you are visiting. Some restrictions may apply or vary among the participating Ys, so we recommend you call ahead prior to your visit.

As your safety, and that of your family's, is always our primary concern, all YMCAs conduct regular sex offender screenings on all members, participants and guests. If a sex offender match occurs, the YMCA reserves the right to cancel membership, end program participation, and remove visitation access.

Once you’re Power Pass is up...
Sign Up for a Group Exercise Class or Full Membership and the $75 Pass can be applied towards your Membership Fee.
You do NOT have to be a Member to try!
JOINER'S FEE:
All NEW Full Facility Members must pay a one-time joiner’s fee with the initial payment, provided the membership stays current. PLEASE NOTE: If you do not renew your membership within 30 days of your expiration date, the Joiner’s Fee will be reinstated. The purpose of the Joiner’s fee is to establish a Building Improvement Fund.
MONTHLY RATES:
Monthly rates are automatic debit rates with a minimum commitment of 12 months. After 12 months you can cancel your membership with a 30 day written notice. Membership rates are subject to any rate increases upon effective date of such increase. Membership must be current through the entire session in order to register for classes.

Required when entering the facility. To obtain visit the Member Services Front Desk.
SAFETY COMES FIRST:
Children under the age of 13, must be transported by an adult to and from their activity.

In an effort to fulfill the mission of the Wyckoff Family YMCA, there is a scholarship fund established to provide financial assistance to families in our programs. It is our goal to assist as many families as possible; therefore, the resources in the fund are allocated throughout all of the services provided by the Wyckoff Family YMCA.
It is the mission of the YMCA to provide services for any person or family who desires to participate in the YMCA, regardless of the ability to pay the standard membership or program fee. Every year the YMCA raises funds to help scholarship youth and families through our Annual Campaign and our Endowment Fund. Those not able to afford the full fee may be awarded assistance based on their demonstrated inability to pay.
To be eligible for a scholarship, applicants must work or reside in the Wyckoff Family YMCA’s service area and meet the household/yearly income requirements. The YMCA believes a strong sense of ownership and pride is developed if the recipient contributes to the cost of their YMCA involvement; therefore, applicants will be asked to pay some portion of the fees. Scholarships are awarded for a one-year period. Applicants will be notified once the application for scholarship has been reviewed.
Upon receipt of all the information, the Scholarship Committee will review the application. Please allow approximately 3 weeks for application to be evaluated. The information submitted will be kept confidential and by submitting the scholarship assessment form, the Wyckoff Family YMCA is authorized to verify all of the information contained therein. Regular fees will be in effect until notified by the Scholarship Committee.
Please submit the following for evaluation by the Scholarship Committee:
- Application (Below)
- Most recent Tax Return (1040 and W-2)
- The last two pay stubs or last two unemployment stubs.
- Current lease or property tax bill.
- Copy of utility bill from previous month (phone, gas, electric)
- Child support documentation.
- Documentation that you/your family are a recipient of any of the following: food stamps, WIC, SSI, disability, rent assistance etc.
PLEASE NOTE:
We must receive ALL of the above information. The Scholarship Committee will not process incomplete applications. This application will be processed for the program(s) for which you are requesting assistance. You may be required to send further information or documentation in verifying the accuracy of your application.
Upon receipt of all the above information, the Scholarship Committee will review your application. Please allow approximately 3 weeks for application to be evaluated. The information you submit will be kept confidential and by submitting the scholarship assessment form, you are authorizing the Wyckoff Family YMCA to verify all of the information contained therein. Regular fees will be in effect until you receive such notice.
