Move, bond, and breathe together! Through guided stretches, light strengthening, and calming baby-focused movements, this class supports postpartum recovery while promoting connection and relaxation. The kitchen is the ideal place to learn about flavors, foods, and skills that translate into so many activities for your Child. Incorporate fine motor skills such as chopping, measuring, and mixing, while tasting delicious meals that kids are sure to love!

PAINT AND PLAY

This class combines a 30-min. art class with a 45 min. gym class! First, budding artists work to explore various art mediums through a craft. Then, they are invited into the gym to enhance their coordination and strength using balls, mats, and other play toys.

FUTURE STARS:
The Children’s Program Department is excited to announce our offerings for Children with Special Needs.
FUTURE STARS gives individuals with intellectual and/ or developmental disability access to classes and activities that encourage self-sufficiency, socialization, and staying active.
Participants build developmental assets, personal strengths, self-confidence, and other cognitive and non-cognitive skills through sports, art, movement classes, and more. The Wyckoff YMCA is proud to partially underwrite the cost of this new venture through the philanthropic branch, Wyckoff Y Cares Fund.
