Teen Extreme Fitness Hours:

Ages 13-16

Extreme Teen Members: 2:30-6pm Wednesday and Friday 

We appreciate your cooperation by exercising only during the Teen hours. Please note all New Teen Members must complete an orientation with a Trainer before working out. 

Bone Up!: Improve Strength, Balance, Bone Density

Bone Up is a new program to be launched at the FLCC and the YMCA this Fall. This info-session will give you the education and the particulars of the program. Bone up is Fitness for your bone health. Vital at every age for healthy bones, exercise is the key for treating and preventing osteoporosis. Not only can exercise improve your bone health, it can increase muscle strength, coordination and balance. 

BONE UP Classes 

At The Franklin Lakes Community Center

Tuesdays & Thursdays 7am, 12pm, 1pm, or 7pm

Wednesdays & Fridays at 7:30am

Sundays at 11am

Classes begin October 1

Member: $20 per session 

Non-Member: $35 per session

*Waiver must be completed by doctor for those diagnosed with osteoporosis.
