Teen Extreme Fitness Hours:

Ages 13-16

Extreme Teen Members: 2:30-6pm Wednesday and Friday 

We appreciate your cooperation by exercising only during the Teen hours. Please note all New Teen Members must complete an orientation with a Trainer before working out. 

Strengthening Survivors Programs:

Designed for those who may have become deconditioned from their treatment. Gain the resources to improve strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall quality of life. Strengthening Survivors Programs are sponsored by the Wyckoff Y Cares Fund.

Cancer Survivor One-on-One Training

Program tailored specifically for your needs. Includes one fitness assessment and (8) 30 min. Sessions.

Live Well Cancer Survivor Program

Wed. 9:15am at FLCC
