This Workshop will cover the basics of self-defense, kicking, punching, blocking, reaction time, protecting your body, and learning to believe in yourself. The Curriculum is designed to improve your awareness, personal safety, and self-confidence. Ages 15+
Instructed by: Master Cathy Greene – Fourth Degree Black Belt and Tae Kwon Do Instructor.
