The Y Sports Program grows with your child. Progressive classes, leagues, and clinics, develop your child’s skills, confidence, and sportsmanship one step at a time. We coach with passion and work to the individual so that everyone can play at the Y successfully. No matter what sport you choose, or what level of play you are, there is a place for you at the Y.

The Wyckoff YMCA Flag Football League is an NFL sponsored league and jerseys are supplied with official NFL team logos. Learn the fundamentals of throwing and catching, as well as running and maneuvering through a defense. Proper method for taking a hand-off and how to run basic pass routes are covered. While there is a competitive component to the structure of the league, we are committed first and foremost to the concepts of fair play and good sportsmanship while teaching children to love the game of football.

Tee off with the TGA Junior Golf Program developed by certified PGA golf professionals. Tailored to all ages and skill levels. Equipment provided.

A perfect class for the child in search of their favorite sport: baseball, basketball, hockey, and soccer. Participants learn the basic skills needed to play and be introduced to game play.

Enjoy the best of both the gym and pool. Hop, skip, jump, and run! Games include Space Dust, Octopus, Freeze Tag, Kickball, and more.

Track Fundamentals: Gr. 3 – 8

Drills and techniques of various track events will be explored as well as the proper stretching, light weight lifting, and conditioning strategies for success.

A 60 min. class offering traditional Tae Kwon Do training. With an emphasis on respect and discipline; adults learn self-defense, blocks, kicks, and punches.
