Active Older Adults also known as "AOA’s", aged 62+ are a vibrant, vital part of our community. The core of our AOA program is connection – with our staff, volunteers, members, and through multi-generational opportunities which occur on a daily basis. Be fearless and step out of your comfort zone – there is a wonderful world of adventure, affinity, health, and wellness awaiting you at the Y!

The Commons – the center of the AOA universe, is a warm and welcoming gathering place for all – where acquaintances become friends and friends become family. Non-Members are welcome to join us for a weekly activity – meet the staff and get connected.
