Our Team is excited to announce that we have opened Reservations!


COVID-19 Guidelines: 

1. BOOK YOUR RESERVATION:

At this time we will not be allowing walk-ins. You will be made to confirm your Reservation prior to entering the building.

2. PREPARE FOR HEALTH SCREENING:

Once you arrive, (no more than 5 minutes before) please enter at the Front Desk (Door 1) or Back Desk (Door 3) Entrance. All Handicap Members please Enter at the Gazebo Entrance (Door 2).

A Staff Member will greet you, confirm your Reservation, take your temperature, and ask you a few questions.

3. MASKS:

When entering, exiting, or walking throughout the building, including Locker Rooms and Pool Decks, masks must be worn at all times. 

4. SOCIAL DISTANCING:

When entering, exiting, or walking throughout the building or Pool Decks, please do your part and stand 6ft. a part!

5. FACILITY UPDATES:

If you are coming to workout, please bring your own towel, yoga mat, and water bottle. If you are coming to swim, Please note our Locker Change Areas are currently Closed, so you will be unable to store belongings. The restrooms within the Locker Rooms are available. 


NOW THAT WE'RE OPEN...

  • No more $10 Reservations Fee.
  • Please make sure you have read the COVID Guidelines above.
  • No Kid Central at this time - As soon as we are cleared to host, Kid Central will be available.

RESERVATION POLICIES:

No walk-ins permitted, Pre-Registration Required.

RESERVATIONS:

  • Reservations Open at 9am the Friday before the Start of the following Week (Mon. - Sun.).
  • Reservations will Close One Hour prior to the start time of the class/timelsot for Bone Up, Lap Swim, Aquatic Group Exercise Classes, the Fitness Center, YMCA/FLCC Group Exercise Classes (GEC), and AOA GEC Classes.
  • Reservations will Close Three Hours prior to the start time of the class/timelsot for Personal Training.
  • Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before to receive your Health Screening and to enter your class/timeslot.

CANCELLATIONS: 

  • If you cancel your reservation under the 24 hour time frame, we will try to fill your spot. If the spot remains open, there will be a $10 Cancellation Fee applied to your account for Lap Swim, Cycle Classes, Aquatic Group Exercise Classes (GEC), Franklin Lakes Community Center (FLCC) Group Exercise Classes (GEC)..
  • If you need to cancel your reservation prior to the 24 hour time frame, we ask that you switch into a different time slot instead of cancelling.

SWITCHES:

  • As a friendly reminder, all switches must be done 24 hours prior to the start of the class/timeslot during Business Hours: Mon. - Fri. 9am-5pm by calling (YMCA) 201.891.2081 or (FLCC - Franklin Lakes Community Center) 201.904.2112

NO SHOW FEES:

  • If you do not show up for your reservation, please note you will be charged a $10 no show fee for Lap Swim, Cycle Classes, Aquatic Group Exercise Classes (GEC), and Franklin Lakes Community Center (FLCC) Group Exercise Classes (GEC).

LAP LANES:

  • In fairness to all Members and due to limited capacity restrictions, please sign up for no more than 3 time slots per week.
