Triathlon Swim Training Classes:

Triathlon Swim Training: Beginner

Mon. 7:30-8:30pm Location: NEW POOL

Learn the fundamentals of freestyle for a safe and successful open water swim. Participants must be able to swim freestyle 25 yds. and be deep water confident.

Triathlon Swim Training: Intermediate

Tue. 10:30-11:30am, 7-8pm, Thu. 5-6am, 8:30-9:30am  Location: BOYE POOL

Work with a coach to learn drills and help strengthen long distance swimming. Typical one-hour workout is 2,000 yds.

Triathlon Swim Training: Advanced

Tue. or Thu. 9:30-10:30am   Location: BOYE POOL

Challenge yourself with a coach through progressive drills to help cut time on long distance swims. Typical one-hour workout is 2,400 yds.

fascial stretch


Fascia is the interwoven system of tissues that surround the muscles, joints, and bones. 

This Therapy is aimed to alleviate any tightness, pain, and discomfort caused by a distortion of the fascia. Fascial Stretch can add to your triathlete experience by helping with current injuries and preventing future ones. In general, fascial stretch therapy can enhance physical fitness and improve performance overall.
