Gentle Yoga i

As the body ages, muscles and joints begin to tighten which causes discomfort and anxiety about ones physical well-being. Learn deep breathing and relaxation techniques that will help you remain healthy and active. Class will be preformed standing as well as on the mat.

This class is a gentle form of yoga. You will practice yoga sitting in a chair or standing using the chair for support. Complicated maneuvers and complex movements are NOT present in this class. Yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation and ways of relaxation will be practiced.

(Active Solutions to Strengthen Individual Specific Tendencies) Formerly Exercise for Parkinson’s. Participate in a wide variety of exercises to enhance strength, flexibility, agility, and stability. Includes weight training, balance and gait exercises, along with gentle aerobics. Recommended for those with Parkinson’s. Muscular Dystrophy, and anyone with limited mobility. Caregivers may be required to attend class for those who need assistance. FULL MEMBER: FREE PROGRAM MEMBER: $45 per session
