A camp dedicated to address the interests of our 1st and 2nd graders. Still somewhat new to Elementary School, campers will all participate in specialized, age-appropriate activities that reinforce learning, with an emphasis on FUN!!
Fostering a love of reading, mathematics, music, and the development of social skills comprise our curriculum. Supervised by a highly experienced staff, Campers enjoy sports, art, swim lessons, and free swim as part of their day, as well as their very own local trips.
Add On Tennis - $145 per week
Offered: Week 1: (June 22-26) - Week 9: (August 17-21)
Extended day with a 5:15pm pick up. Right after Camp, enjoy a 90-minute Tennis Lesson at the Franklin Lakes Racquet Club (round trip transportation provided). Players are grouped according to ability to ensure a high level of achievement. 1 1/2 hr. Tennis Lesson LATE PICK UP at 5:15pm
Before Camp Care: $60 per week
Offered: Week 1: (June 22-26) - Week 9: (August 17-21)
The Before Camp Care Program starts at 7:30am. Campers will enjoy games, coloring, and table top activities before they are walked to their camp group at 8:45am.

The After Camp Care Program ends at 6pm. We are looking forward with great excitement to an enjoyable summer in the AFTER CAMP CARE PROGRAM! Our Program is designed to provide an ideal curriculum for “the after camp day” offering just enough activities combined with relaxation as a compliment to all of “the fun in the sun”.
The “After Camp Care Life” Includes:
"Chilling" out in the AC, kitchen time, game day challenges, creative art exploration, gym time, community service opportunities, and special event days.

Gr. 1 - 2 SPECIALTY CAMPS:
BASEBALL 
Focus on the fundamentals of baseball including the basic mechanics of throwing, fielding, catching, and hitting. This camp is taught by some of the best Coaches and Players in the area. It is a challenging, yet rewarding experience - BATTER UP!

BASKETBALL 
Develop fundamental skills of shooting, ball handling, and being a sound defensive player. Campers participate in an end of session Basketball Game - A SLAM DUNK!

CAMP MASTERPIECE 
Explore your interest in Fine Arts! Learn to express yourself through various mediums including acrylics, oils, pastels, and a variety of professional drawing techniques including line drawing, pointillism, doodling and more.

CHEERLEADING 
Experienced high school and college cheerleaders share their passion and all of the latest moves. Campers get the opportunity to cheer for the basketball players at the end of each week for a show/game - GO TEAM!

CULINARY 
Practice essential kitchen skills and master the fundamentals of cooking and prepare appetizers, meals, and desserts. Learn how to measure, chop, grate, and enjoy the “fruits” of your labor - BON APPETIT!

DANCE 
Instructors establish familiarity with music while teaching the dance fundamentals, emphasizing vocabulary, exploring choreography, and positively motivating our little dancers to excel to be their very best! Campers can be creative through movement, music, and mime. They will learn and practice basic dance skills, terminology, rhythm, and coordination in a supportive and supervised environment.

FLAG FOOTBALL 
Learn the basics of football with an emphasis on how to throw and catch the ball, perform hand offs, flag pulling, and run with the ball. Athletes play both the offensive and defensive sides of the ball and are instructed on position.

FLOOR HOCKEY 
Suit up like a NHL Player and learn basic fundamentals in stick handling, passing, shooting, ball movement, and team play. Be fast on your feet and ready to score in this action-packed camp.

FULL "STEAM" AHEAD 
Explore the world of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math through a variety of challenges that stimulate young minds toward discovering how and why things work. Problem solving, thinking creatively, and being innovative are all skills that are developed through STEAM activities.

GOLF 
Young golfers are taught every aspect of the game and basic fundamentals. All players are introduced to the game in a fun and comfortable environment and develop full swing, putting, and chipping skills. Led by a Titleist Performance Institute certified instructor. Equipment provided.

LACROSSE 
Improve hand-eye coordination to be able to catch and throw the ball. Focus on developing a comfortable 1 and 2 handed cradle while running with the ball. Basic intro to speed and agility.

SETTING THE STAGE (3 Week Camp)
PRESENTS: "101 DALMATIANS KIDS" - The classic animated tale of kidnapping villains and courageous puppies is adapted in this "fur-tastic" musical adventure. All campers perform in a 30-minute version of this upbeat, fun show on the Y's stage. Campers enjoy a full day of acting, singing, and dancing. Evening performance for family and friends on August 6.

Setting the Stage Camp Offered:

SING & DANCE (2 Week Camp) 
Work on songs, scenes, and dances from your favorite Broadway musicals. Classic fairytales come alive in a performance for family and friends on July 30, 2020.

SOCCER 
Cover all aspects of the game through drills, skills, and game play. Practice passing, dribbling, receiving, shooting, and so much more. This camp challenges every level of play and reinforces footskills.

A perfect camp for children who are in search of their favorite sport. Campers learn basic skills needed to play baseball, basketball, hockey, and soccer.

NEW! TENNIS CAMP 
Learn to consistently hit low compression balls fed by instructor and peers. Participate in peer throwing, catching, and hitting rallies. Develop hand-eye coordination, footwork, and basic tennis strokes through a variety of hitting and catching activities.
